Your UNiCUBE session is a 30-45 minute journey into deep relaxation. Precisely tuned sonic vibrations combined with far-infrared heat activate your parasympathetic nervous system—the part of your body that handles rest and recovery.

As you sit in the warm, vibrating pod, your nervous system receives a clear signal: it is safe to relax. Cortisol drops. Tension releases from muscles. Your breathing deepens. Your mind quiets. You emerge reset, calm, and ready to reconnect.

After your session, you're invited to stay and play. Not because it's nice to have activities, but because your nervous system needs play to truly integrate the reset. Play is how we reconnect to joy, presence, and community.

Whether you're balancing on the slackline, floating in aerial yoga, playing cornhole with new friends, or fishing on the dock, you're engaging in embodied activities that keep your nervous system in a state of calm, present engagement. This is where healing becomes permanent.

Aerial Yoga

Float, stretch, and find freedom in the air. Aerial yoga builds trust in your body and creates a sense of weightlessness that calms the nervous system.

Slackline

Balance on the line and find presence. The slackline requires full attention, pulling you into the present moment where anxiety cannot exist.

Cornhole

Playful competition and social connection. Games activate joy and community, essential for nervous system integration and lasting relaxation.

Ping Pong

Quick reflexes, quick joy. Ping pong engages your mind and body in playful challenge, creating the embodied presence that true healing requires.

Dock Fishing
